I just found out that Nancy had passed. I am shocked and saddened to the core. Phillip will remember that I kept the boys when they were young, doubt they remember me. I love the family and just can't believe she is gone. I just saw her a few days before Christmas at Wal Mart, we chatted as usual and said Merry Christmas, etc. For some odd reason that day I told her I loved her, and had never shared that thought with her before. My heart hurts for you. If any one can contact me via text or e-mail, please do so. Ann Jones (I was Ann Pitts in the days I kept the boys). 706-939-0206 or

Nancy always had a kind smile and sweetness about her. I loved talking to her. She made the world a better place.
A Funny memory is that she was leaving the register area with her hands full of merchandise one day. She and I made eye contact. She laughed and said I am not leaving with these. I have to put them back. ( referring to the 12 pack of beer) I knew that when saw her before she said a word. She was so funny about it. Cashiers have customers leave stuff at the register all the time.
We attended Church together. I count her as the dearest of friends. She was a Godly precious woman. We will miss her. I wish the world was full of people just like her. It would be a kind world for sure! Love you Nancy.
Heaven is sweeter because you are there!

I am so sorry for your loss. I saw the tribute at Walmart and had to let you how much she will be missed. If I saw her on a register, that's where I went. Always a smile and a kind word, and usually we laughed about something. A lovely person.

Mrs. Green was a wonderful lady. She would smile and remain calm despite what is going on in her surroundings. We had worked together as cashiers. She was a good cashier. She said "Hi Karen" the last time I saw her at Wal-Mart working. I send my condolences and prayers.
