Jewell Lee Cochran, age 77 of Ringgold, went to be with his Lord on December 29, 2022.
He was a member of Ringgold First Baptist Church. Mr. Cochran proudly served his country in the United States Army, loved fishing, golfing and spending time with his family. He was the former co-owner of Cochran’s Auto Truck Stop in Ringgold, retiring in 2008.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mabel Cochran; son, Blake Christopher Cochran and eight siblings.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 57 years, Nancy Cochran; daughter, Tracey Richmond (Brian); brother, Swain Cochran; sisters, Laverne Walls, Mary Evelyn Herrin and Betty Jean Wilson; grandson, Carter Jackson Thompson; several nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
A graveside funeral service will be held 2pm January 5, 2023 at Anderson Memorial Gardens. Rev. Swain Cochran officiating.
