Danielle Velasquez, age 38, of Demorest, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.
Born on January 12, 1984, in Demorest, she was a daughter of Dean and Carol Whisnant. She was a Manager at RaceTrac and loved cooking, the beach, and the outdoors. Danielle cherished her children above all else.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her son, Damian Velasquez; daughter, Yasmi Velasquez; brothers and sisters-in-law, Nathan and Misti Whisnant and Nicholas and Dixie Whisnant; sister and brother-in-law, Deana and Peter Bugulrow; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, in the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin & Stewart with Mr. Bradley Cook officiating.
