Obituary for Daniel Lee Carroll
Daniel Lee Carroll, age 44, of Clarkesville, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.
Born on December 21, 1978, he was a son of Edith Gertrude Hooper Carroll and the late Jerry Lamar Carroll. Mr. Carroll was employed as an electrician’s helper and in previous years had worked as a carpenter, did yard maintenance, and had worked at North Georgia Turf. In his spare time he enjoyed farming and gardening. Daniel was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry N. “Nicky” Carroll.
In addition to his mother, survivors include, brother and sister-in-law, Terry Carroll (Kelly) of Clarkesville; sister and brother-in-law, Tammy Trotter Yeadon (Chris) of Demorest; nephews and nieces, Dalton, Taylor, Logan, and Whitney; nephew, Tyler; and niece, Alex; great niece and nephew, Carlye and Nicholas.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at Macedonia Baptist Church with Rev. Ronnie Powell officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1 pm until the service hour at the church.
